61 Jordanians to be evacuated from Gaza Thursday

Ammon News - The Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs announced that work is underway on Thursday, to evacuate 61 Jordanian citizens from the Gaza Strip, among whom the crossing authorities allowed to leave via the Rafah crossing to Egypt.
The Ministry's official spokesperson, Sufian Qudah, confirmed that a dedicated team from the Jordanian embassy in Cairo is currently facilitating the evacuation process. They are providing essential medical assistance to the evacuees and arranging transportation to Nuweiba Port and Cairo using embassy-provided buses, so that they can be swiftly transported to Jordan.
The number of Jordanian citizens residing and present in Gaza, registered on the database since the beginning of the raging war on Gaza, has reached 1,247 people to date, 764 of whom have been evacuated, Qudah said.
