Ammon News - The Princess of Wales smiled and looked relaxed and happy on a shopping trip with Prince William.

Kate, 42, carried her own shopping as she strolled through the car park at a farm shop.

Footage emerged just hours after The Sun exclusively revealed Kate had spent Saturday shopping in Windsor and Sunday morning watching her children play sport.

Despite appearing fit and healthy, the princess remains under medical guidance to keep off work until next month.

No date has yet been given for a return to public duty after her abdominal surgery more than eight weeks ago.

It is understood she will return to work when she is good and ready.
