Ammon News - Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is once again in the spotlight, this time with a surprising return to Instagram to unveil her latest venture. The actress-turned-royal introduced her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, through social media platforms, marking her reentry into the digital realm.

With the official page bearing the tagline "By Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. Established 2024," American Riviera Orchard aims to offer a range of lifestyle products catering to daily needs. From gardening essentials to home decor, food items, and more, the brand promises to enhance the everyday lives of its consumers. Markle's inaugural Instagram story featured glimpses of her picking flowers and cooking, accompanied by the soothing melody of "I Wish You Love”, as quoted in a report by Hindustan Times.

Named after the picturesque locale near Santa Barbara, California, where Meghan and Prince Harry reside with their two children, American Riviera Orchard draws inspiration from its surroundings. Santa Barbara, often referred to as the American Riviera, is renowned for its temperate climate, lush landscapes, and vibrant food and wine culture. While the brand has already gained momentum, the process of trademarking is underway to solidify its identity.

The brand's logo prominently features Montecito, the neighboring community of the Sussexes' residence, adding a personal touch to its identity. American Riviera Orchard is envisioned as a continuation of Meghan Markle's previous endeavors, including her now-defunct blog, The Tig. Through The Tig, Markle shared her culinary and travel experiences alongside personal reflections, creating a connection with her audience. Additionally, the brand has secured a spot on the advertising department's waitlist, enabling it to effectively engage with its target demographic and showcase upcoming product launches.

Markle's return to Instagram marks a significant shift from her previous decision to deactivate all social media accounts in 2017 upon her engagement to Prince Harry. The closure of her blog, where she shared lifestyle recommendations and insights, further emphasized her transition to royal life. Following her marriage to Prince Harry, updates on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were exclusively shared through the official channels of Kensington Palace, alongside Prince William and Kate Middleton.
