FM conveys written message from king to Sultan of Oman

Ammon News - His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a written message to the Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq, regarding aspects of existing cooperation between the two brotherly countries in various fields within the framework of the good bilateral relations that unite them.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, delivered the message to the Sultan on Wednesday at AL Baraka Palace in Oman, according to the Oman News Agency.

During the interview, Safadi conveyed the greetings and wishes of His Majesty the King to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq for good health and wellness and to the Omani people for greater progress and prosperity.

The Sultan also conveyed his greetings and wishes to His Majesty the King for good health and happiness, and for the Jordanian people further development and prosperity.

The meeting also emphasized the strong bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, in addition to discussing the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and efforts aimed at a ceasefire.

The Jordanian Ambassador accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, Amjad Jamil Al-Qahiwi, and the Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi attended the meeting.
