The pleadings will be before the International Court of Justice regarding the advisory opinion requested by the United Nations General Assembly from the Court pursuant to Resolution No. 77/247, which was issued on 12/30/2022 regarding "Israeli practices that affect the human rights of the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem." Safadi and the accompanying delegation will deliver the oral argument at 2:00 pm Amman time.

Jordan presents oral pleading before ICJ on Thursday

Ammon News - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, will head on Thursday the Jordanian delegation, that will present the Kingdom's oral pleading before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.
