Ammon News - Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh on Monday visited Qatar Foundation (QF) for Education, Science and Community Development and was briefed on its role in human, social and economic development fields.

The Prime Minister was also briefed on QF's efforts to focus on providing education and building an integrated system that combines research and development.

Khasawneh also visited the Qatar National Library, QF-affiliated and contains more than 1,200,000 books.

Khasawneh was briefed on the Library's sections, including various fields of science and literature, in addition to dozens of texts and manuscripts related to the history of Arab and Islamic civilization.

The Prime Minister signed the visitor's book of the Qatar Foundation and Qatar National Library, lauding the efforts of the Foundation and the Library in community service and the educational process.
