Cold weather conditions to prevail Tuesday

Ammon News - Tuesday will likely see a modest increase in temperatures, although it will still be cold and generally cloudy in most parts of the Kingdom, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department's (JMD) daily update.
Scattered showers are forecast in the northern and parts of the central regions, while winds will be northwesterly moderate, but will occasionally pick up.
The weather service issued a warning about slick roads in places experiencing rain as well as about poor visibility in the morning due to fog.
On Wednesday and Thursday, pleasant and spring-like weather conditions will prevail countrywide, with low clouds and northwesterly moderate winds.
Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 14 degrees Celsius and a low of 5C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 25C, sliding to 15C at night.
