Similar weather will persist over the weekend despite a slight drop in mercury levels. Winds will be southeasterly moderate, picking up at times and stirring dust in the Badia. Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 26 degrees Celsius and a low of 12C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 33C, sliding to 19C at night.

Ammon News - Temperatures on Thursday are forecast to jump to 8-9 degrees above the annual average, bringing pleasant weather in all regions, with clouds at different altitudes and southwesterly winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Similar weather will persist over the weekend despite a slight drop in mercury levels. Winds will be southeasterly moderate, picking up at times and stirring dust in the Badia.

Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 26 degrees Celsius and a low of 12C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 33C, sliding to 19C at night.
