Ammon News - Unstable weather conditions with rainfall, hail, and thunderstorms are set to hit the Kingdom on Tuesday, with southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
The department cautioned citizens of the dangers of slippery roads in areas witnessing rainfall, asking them to steer clear of low areas that collect water and beware of low visibility in Badia areas because of dust, and in hilly areas due to fog.
Unstable conditions will taper off on Wednesday as moderate weather will prevail in most parts of the country, with clouds at low altitudes in the northern and eastern regions.
Similar weather will persist on Thursday and Friday, with a slight rise in mercury levels and southeasterly moderate winds.
Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 18 degrees Celsius and a low of 7C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 26C, sliding to 17C at night.
