Safadi pointed during the meeting to the deep-rooted relations between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, stressing the importance of continued consultation to serve the two countries' interests. Safadi also congratulated Saudi Arabia for winning a world cup football match against Argentina, and commended Qatar for hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup finals.

Ammon News - Lower House Speaker Ahmad Safadi on Tuesday welcomed Saudi Ambassador Naif Bin Bandar al-Sudairi to discuss prospects for cementing ties between the two countries, particularly in parliamentary affairs.

Safadi pointed during the meeting to the deep-rooted relations between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, stressing the importance of continued consultation to serve the two countries' interests.

Safadi also congratulated Saudi Arabia for winning a world cup football match against Argentina, and commended Qatar for hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup finals.
