PSD media department said a police force moved to investigate a crime scene after receiving a tip Tuesday morning saying a house in Amman was ablaze. The body of a woman was found charred. It added that an autopsy showed evidence of a homicide, and the woman was strangled to death. The police arrested the lead suspect, who confessed to killing the woman. The Grand Criminal Court will try the suspect.

Ammon News - The police have arrested a man suspected of killing a woman and burning her home to hide his tracks and evidence against him, according to the Public Security Directorate (PSD).
