According to article no. 31 from traffic law, it punishes by imprisonment for no more than a week a period of not less than a week and not exceeding a month or a fine of not less than 50 JOD and not exceeding 100 JOD for whoever who committed a driving felony without getting a training permit or training in a car that’s not ready for training purposes.
