Moderate weather on Tuesday, followed by climb in temperatures

Ammon News - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Tuesday, with moderate weather prevailing in most regions, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Similar weather is expected to prevail on Wednesday despite a slight rise in temperatures, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.

Hot weather will make a comeback on Thursday, with mercury levels pushed 4-5 degrees above the annual average. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times in the Badia.

Today, mercury in Amman is expected to range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius, dropping to 16C at night, meanwhile, the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 38C, dipping to 26 during night hours.
