The princess was briefed on the preparations of the national teams to participate in a number of important and official tournaments to be held this year. She also lauded the role played by sport clubs as the main arm of the federation in the success of its activities and tournaments that are held throughout the year. The national teams are participating in a series of tournaments to be held this year, of which are the Arab Junior Athletics Championship to be held in Egypt in August, the West Asian Youth Championship to be hosted by Saudi Arabia in July, and the Arab Championship for men to be held in Bahrain in November.
