Ammon News - Temperatures on Tuesday are forecast to be pushed down to its annual average, as the impact of the Khamasini depression eases off while a moderate air mass moves through the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Pleasant weather will prevail countrywide, with clouds at different altitudes and northwesterly active winds, stirring dust in the Badia.
At night, the weather will be moderate in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and cooler elsewhere, the JMD added.
Another drop in mercury levels is expected on Wednesday, with similar weather conditions prevailing in most parts of the Kingdom and low-altitude clouds.
Relatively hot weather will make a come back on Thursday and Friday, as temperatures will rise again to above annual average.
Mercury in Amman today will range between a high of 22 degrees Celsius and a low of 8C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 32C, sliding to 17C at night.
