Shboul stressed the importance of taking the initiative and the rapid response to events, and devising media plans that explain programs and services of ministries and institutions, and the need for networking between spokespersons in various ministries and institutions regarding public issues, in addition to strengthening reach and communication with the media and the public.

He pointed out that the second phase of the training and capacity-building program for government spokespersons will be implemented this year, and will see the rehabilitation of media spokespersons in government institutions and departments, ensuring the establishment of a network of media spokespersons in the government apparatus capable of transmitting and defending state messages in various circumstances.
