Jordanian-German corporate partnership program launched

Ammon News - The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) on Thursday launched a corporate partnership program.
The partnership program, launched via teleconferencing technology, focuses on enhancing constitutional capacities and exchanging expertise to promote exports of start-up companies to prop up the performance of Jordanian exports through involving the private and public sectors.
The Ministry's Secretary-General Dana Zoubi stressed the deep-rooted relations connecting Jordan with Germany, noting that the program is an opportunity to exchange expertise within the efforts exerted to boost and promote exports to German counterparts.
It also goes hand-in-hand with the government's 2021-2023 priorities for supporting and developing exports, which aim to improve access to markets and investment circumstances for small- and medium- sized enterprises, as well as boosting the Jordanian-German trade ties overall, she added.
For their part, participants from the German side underscored commitment to sharing the BMWK's experience with the Jordanian government and private sector on issues of interest.
