The strategy's priorities, which were outlined by the Higher Population Council (HPC), in cooperation with ministries, public and semi-governmental institutions, civil society organizations and the private sector, are based on four pillars related to health and reproductive health, economic and social ingredient, women and youth, and migration, refugee and crises. To ensure smooth implementation, the Council of Ministers asked the concerned authorities to act according to the strategy, demanding inclusion of its outcomes, under their existing and/or future plans and programs in coordination with the HPC. On the other hand, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the recommendations of approved the recommendations of the Settlement and Reconciliation Committee to settle the tax status of 1, 058 taxpayers owing financial obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and the General Sales Tax Law.
