Ammon News - Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa is committed to offering an exquisite culinary experience to their guests and are pleased to announce the appointment of their new Executive Chef.

With over 15 years of experience working in 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants throughout Spain, United States of America, Hungary, Azerbaijan and the Caribbean, Chef Javier Felipe Arango Salazar has joined Dead Sea Marriott Resort and Spa as their new Executive Chef. With 11 years’ experience working with Ritz-Carlton, Javier Felipe Arango Salazar, has extensive knowledge in American, Spanish, Asian, Mediterranean cuisines, and is excited to be bringing his experience to the Dead Sea Marriott Resort and Spa while creating an exceptional dining experience for their guests.
