Clouds are forecast to appear at low altitudes in the northern and central areas of the country, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added. A further rise in mercury levels is expected on Monday, but similar weather conditions will persist until Tuesday, with northwesterly moderate winds, the Department predicted. Temperatures in Amman today will range between a high of 33 degrees Celsius during the day and a low of 20 at night, while highs in the port city of Aqaba will climb to 40 degrees, sliding to 27 during night hours.
