Talal Kofahi, on the department's contingency plans and measures taken to ensure its readiness to deal with any emergencies resulting from the bad weather. He was also reassured about services being provided by the CDD, stressing the need to ensure the highest safety standards for all citizens in their own communities, particularly in remote areas, in all weather conditions and emergencies.
