Depression with rain expected tomorrow

Ammon News - Amman, (Petra) The Kingdom will be affected on Tuesday by a depression accompanied by a cold air mass; therefore, temperatures will and it will be cold and partly cloudy.

Rainfall accompanied by thunder is expected in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom extending at night to the other regions while winds will be westerly to brisk, blowing dust in the Badia areas.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, a slight in temperatures is expected on Wednesday and it will be cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance for scattered showers, specially in the northern and central regions while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times.

Temperatures will slightly rise on Thursday; therefore it will relatively cold in the hilly areas and fair in the other regions with clouds at various altitudes.

The JMD added that partly cloudy weather with scattered showers is expected at night, especially in the northern regions, while winds will be southwesterly moderate.

Temperatures in Amman over the next three days will reach a high of 17 degrees Celsius and a low of 7 degrees.
