Ammon News - The Southern Military Zone on Wednesday foiled an attempt to smuggle a large quantity of narcotics using three drones along its western border front.
The operation was carried out in coordination with military security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. After the drones were detected by Border Guard Forces, rules of engagement were applied, and the drones were shot down inside Jordanian territory.
The seized materials were subsequently handed over to the relevant authorities.
