Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone thwarted an attempt early Thursday morning on its front to smuggle a quantity of narcotics using electronically guided balloons.
Border Guard units detected the balloons and intercepted them, bringing them down along with their cargo inside Jordanian territory, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
The seized materials were handed over to the relevant authorities to take the necessary legal measures.
