Ammon News - The total foreign reserves of the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) reached $22.763 billion by the end of May.

Data from the Central Bank of Jordan showed that the total foreign reserves are sufficient to cover Jordan's imports of goods and services for 8.8 months.

The value of the CBJ's gold holdings reached $7.760 billion by the end of May, while the amount of gold holdings at the bank reached 2.345 million ounces by the end of May of this year, the data indicated.

The Central Bank's foreign reserves reached $3 billion by the end of May.
