Ammon News - Civil Defense personnel were able to extinguish a fire that broke out Sunday evening in a warehouse belonging to a textile and cotton factory located in the King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Industrial City in Amman.

Firefighters managed to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to nearby factories, and no injuries resulted from the incident.

Colonel Ahmed Al-Ananza, Director of the East Amman Civil Defense Directorate told Amen FM that the extinguishing operation took approximately seven hours, followed by three hours of cooling, noting that security authorities have begun an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
