Bmi to increase flights to Amman

26-02-2009 12:00 AM

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS— BMI, London Heathrow's second largest airline, announced recently it will increase its flights between Amman and London Heathrow from 7 to 10 flights per week as of May 22nd.

Peter Spencer, managing director of bmi, said the addition of further flights is in recognition of bmi's dedication to the region and an indicator of how important Jordan is to the airline.

Sales Manager at bmi Jordan Maysa Layyous said: "Increasing the frequency rate to Jordan is intended to enhance the travel experience aboard bmi on all levels, even in the context of the current economic downturn."

"In fact, this step comes in light of other investment projects bmi is conducting across the region," she added.
