JSC approves registration of treasury bills, bonds worth JD350mln

Ammon News - The Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) decided to approve the request of the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) to register the 27th issue of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2024, due on October 13, 2029, in the amount of JD150 million for a period of five years, and the weighted average of acceptable interest rates reached 6.25%.

The Commission also approved the CBJ’s request to register the 6th issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2024, due on December 22, 2024, in the amount of JD200 million, with a weighted annual return rate of 6.502%.
