Five ministers submit their resignations from Senate

The new ministers in Dr. Jaafar Hassan's government, former senators Mohammed Momani, Khaled Bakkar, Mustafa Rawashde, Bassam Talhouni, and AhmedAwidi submitted their resignations from the Senate, according to Ammon's sources.

The resignations of the five ministers came after they were appointed ministers in Hassan's government.

The Jordanian constitution prohibits combining membership in the Senate and the government, or in parliament and the government.
