The amended system aims to allow public sector employees to work outside of official working hours, according to controls and limitations that ensure that their productivity is not affected and that there is no conflict of interest. This is to enhance the transfer and exchange of knowledge, expertise and practices between the public and private sectors, and to contribute to raising performance levels in the public sector and maintaining competencies.

Ammon News - A Cabinet session held Sunday, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Khasawneh, approved an amended system for the 2024 Civil Service System.
