Hot weather in most regions for two days

Ammon News - Temperatures on Monday are expected to be slightly above average for this time of year, with relatively hot weather in most regions, while the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience hot conditions.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, low-altitude clouds may appear in the northern parts of the Kingdom, accompanied by moderate northwesterly winds.

Similar weather conditions will persist on Tuesday, with moderate northwesterly winds, sometimes becoming active.

A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, bringing normal summer weather to the highlands and plains, while the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba remain hot.

Low clouds may appear in the northern and central regions, and northwesterly winds will be moderate, occasionally becoming active.

By Thursday, mercury levels are forecast to continue decreasing, becoming slightly below the general average for this time of year. The weather will be moderate over the mountainous heights and plains, with hot conditions persisting in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Low-altitude clouds are expected in the north and center of the Kingdom, with moderate northwesterly winds that may become occasionally active.

Today’s temperature forecasts are as follows: eastern Amman 34C – 23 C, western Amman 32 C – 21 C, northern highlands 31 C – 20 C, Sharah highlands 32 C – 19 C, and Gulf of Aqaba 42 C – 30 C. Petra
