Ammon News - Egypt has strongly condemned the deadly Israeli massacre early this morning targeting the At-Tabe'een School in Gaza City, stressing that the continued attacks against civilians in the Strip are an unprecedented disregard for the provisions of international law and international humanitarian law.
In a devastating early morning attack, over 100 civilians were killed and dozens more injured following an Israeli airstrike on the school.
The school, which was housing displaced families, was hit by Israeli warplanes while residents were performing the dawn prayers.
The Egyptian Ministry called in a statement for a unified and effective international position that provides protection for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and puts an end to the targeting of unarmed civilians.
Egypt considered that the continued commission of these large-scale crimes and the deliberate killing of these huge numbers of unarmed civilians are real evidence of the absence of political will when it comes to the Israeli side.
The Ministry affirmed that Egypt is set to continue its contacts with all influential parties internationally to ensure the access of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and to work with all available methods to stop the aggression.
