Ammon News - The Greater Salt Municipality and the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) Municipal Support Program (MSP) will implement a 10-dunum rehabilitation project in Salt's bus stop complex and Friday market square, announced Mayor Muhammad Hiyari.

During a site tour on Sunday, Hiyari detailed that the project will be executed in several stages to ensure minimal disruption to Friday market traders. The initiative includes rehabilitating bus stops, upgrading infrastructure, sidewalks, sanitary facilities, and constructing aesthetic walls that align with the heritage of Salt. Additionally, a modern hangar with contemporary designs will be built.

The project is expected to create around 100 job opportunities for local residents, with the municipality aiming to harness the potential of the youth in Salt. Petra
