Ammon News - The National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG) revealed that, according to astronomical calculations carried out by the NRIAG’s Sun Research Laboratory, the current month of Shaban will have 29 astronomical days, ending on Sunday, March 10, 2024 astronomically.
The NRIAG pointed out that astronomical calculations show that the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, Ramadan 1445 AH, is scheduled to fall on Monday, March 11, 2024, according to what Egyptian media reported.
Ramadan will also be 30 days long, beginning March 11 and ending April 9, 2024.
The first day of Ramadan will also be the shortest day in terms of the number of fasting hours, 13 hours and 18 minutes.
The last month of Ramadan will be the longest in terms of fasting hours, 14 hours and 14 minutes.
