Ammon News - The Israeli occupation army announced Tuesday morning that two officers and a soldier were killed in battels south of Gaza.

The dead are Lt. Col. Nathaniel Yaakov Alkoubi , 36 years old from Haifa, commander of Battalion 630; Major Yair Cohen , 30 years old from Ramat Gan , acting company commander in Battalion 630; and Sergeant Sergeant Ziv Chen , 27 years old from Kfar Saba, a fighter in Battalion 630.

Two other reservists in the battalion were seriously injured by the explosive device, according to Haaretz.
