Ammon News - The Ministry of Local Administration announced on Tuesday a state of medium emergency in all regions of the Kingdom to coincide with the weather conditions expected to affect the Kingdom and to deal with the weather condition affecting the Kingdom, according to information received from the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Secretary General of Ministry of Local Administration, Dr. Nidal Abu Orabi Aladwan, called on citizens who live near low-lying areas, valley streams, torrents, ferries, and hot spots to stay away from these areas in order to preserve their lives.

He directed municipalities to continue inspecting their shelter centers, in anticipation of any emergency cases that the emergency rooms would deal with.
