Ammon News - Social Security Corporation‎ (SSC) announced allocation of 7,111 old-age retirement salaries during the past year 2023, bringing the cumulative number until 31/12/2023 to 98,386 old-age pension beneficiaries.

On conditions for eligibility of old-age retirement pension, the SSC said male beneficiaries must complete the age of 60, while women must reach 55yrs with a subscription period of no less than 180 contributions, which is equivalent to 15 years.

In a press statement Sunday, the corporation noted this period must include 84 actual subscriptions, equal to 7 years, which could be mandatory or optional and paid to the SSC by the beneficiary's establishment. Petra
