Flashback to Crown Prince's working visit to Singapore

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, departed on a working visit to Singapore in January 11.

In the first day of the tour, the Crown Prince, accompanied by HRH Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, attended on Thursday the launch of the Jordan-Singapore Tech Alliance Forum, held by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Jordan’s embassy in Singapore, the Singapore Business Federation, and SG Tech.

Then, His Royal Highness visited the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

On Friday, an official welcoming ceremony was held for HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein at Istana Presidential Palace in Singapore, where the Crown Prince and HRH Princess Rajwa Al Hussein were received by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife Ho Ching.

His Royal Highness also met with Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam at Istana Presidential Palace and affirmed Jordan's keenness to work closely with Singapore and strengthen the strategic relations between the two countries.

His Royal Highness also attended an official lunch hosted by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in honour of His Royal Highness and the accompanying delegation.

His Royal Highness, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, also attended the launch of the Jordanian exhibition at Gardens by the Bay, held to promote tourism in Jordan and enhance and tourism exchange between Jordan and Singapore.

Finally, His Royal Highness met with business leaders from major Singaporean companies and institutions, and discussed opportunities for cooperation in investment between Jordan and Singapore, to achieve synergy and prosperity for the two countries.
