Muasher: New Kuwait's PM loves Jordan, provided Jordan with oil for free

Ammon News - Former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dr. Marwan Muasher expressed his optimism about the appointment of Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah as Kuwait's Prime Minister, according to a Kuwaiti Emiri decree.
Muasher told Ammon that Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah loves Jordan very much and they have a great friendships, noting that both of them are like a brothers since they studied together at Harvard University, then worked as ambassadors for Jordan and Kuwait in the USA, and then worked as foreign ministers of the two countries during the same period.
Al-Salem was a way to give Jordan 25,000 barrels of oil per day from Kuwait for free during the war in Iraq in 2003 due to the interruption of Iraqi oil from Jordan, Muasher added.
The new Kuwait's Prime Minister visited Jordan several times and knows it well, as he knows many Jordanian leaders and officials, he noted.
Muasher stressed that the appointment of Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah as Prime Minister of Kuwait is good news for Kuwait, Jordan and the entire Arab nation.
