Ammon News - Commander of the Jordanian Field Hospital/Gaza 76, Colonel Thaer Al-Khatib, said on Monday that Jordan is considering moving the field hospital from its current location to another safer location to facilitate access to it by the people of the Gaza Strip.

The main reason for thinking about moving the Jordanian field hospital to Gaza was after the roads leading to it were bombed, which hindered the arrival of patients in Gaza, Al-Khatib told Al-Mamlaka TV.

His Majesty King Abdullah II directed to maintain the Jordanian field hospital in the Gaza Strip and continue its work to complete its service and support the health system in treating the wounded and sick, according to what was confirmed by the National Center for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM).

The Jordanian Hospital in Gaza will remain in existence and bear witness to the Jordanian commitment to our Palestinian people and brothers in the Gaza Strip, the Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh said.
