Ammon News - Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Khasawneh confirmed that the Jordanian military field hospital in the Gaza Strip will remain and continue to provide its services to our Palestinian brothers.

The Jordanian field Hospital in Gaza will remain in place and bear witness to the Jordanian commitment towards the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, Khasawneh said during the cabinet session.

Khasawneh noted that silence is not an acceptable option regarding the war and systematic destruction our people are subjected to in Gaza, because it constitutes silence over an aggression that strips the people of Gaza of their human and legal right to protection, and silence over flagrant Israeli violations of international law.

The international community must deal with the war on the Gaza Strip according to specific standards, through which it condemns the killing of Palestinian civilians just as it condemned the killing of Israeli civilians, he added.

He stressed that Jordan categorically rejects any measures or steps that lead to the forced displacement of our Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank or any of the Palestinian cities and villages, and this is a red line that will push the entire region into a deeper and broader conflict.
