JSO records 5.4 magnitude earthquake in Adana-Turkey

Ammon News - The Jordan Seismological Observatory (JSO) at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on Tuesday morning recorded an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale in Adana, Turkey.

JSO President Ghassan Sweidan told Ammon that the earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale, recorded at 8:45 am Amman time at a depth of 13 km.

He pointed out that this earthquake is strong, but it was not felt by the residents of the Kingdom, noting that it is 625 km away from Amman.
