Ammon News - Royal fans have taken to social media to send celebratory messages to the Queen - who turns 76 today.

The official Royal Family account posted a tribute to Camilla on both Instagram and Twitter as they shared smiling photos of King Charles III's wife to mark the special occasion.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have also sent their wishes with an Instagram Story dedicated to the royal.

'The Queen was born Camilla Rosemary Shand on 17 July 1947 at King's College Hospital London, the daughter of Major Bruce Shand and the Hon Rosalind Shand (nee Cubitt). Today is Her Majesty's 76th birthday.'
