Ammon News - Ahmad Al Hyari- Ammon learned that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, will visit Damascus on Monday, during which he will meet his Syrian counterpart, Faisal Mekdad.

During the visit, Safadi will discuss Arab efforts to find a political solution to the Syrian crisis, and the results of the "Amman and Riyadh meetings", after Syria's return to the Arab League.

Safadi may meet with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad before leaving Damascus.

After that, Safadi will travel from Damascus to Turkey to meet his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.

In Turkey, Safadi will discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries, and the efforts of the Jordanian initiative to find a political solution to the Syrian crisis that guarantees its territorial integrity.
