Kherfan stressed the need to address complaints regarding the UNRWA-run Wadi Seer Vocational Training Centre. For her part, Lorenzo said elections to choose UNRWA workers unions in Jordan went smoothly, as they were held simultaneously with similar elections in other areas of the agency's operations. She commended the department's efforts to reach an agreement with the workers' unions on the agency's appointments, and to reduce the number of day labour workers.
