Ammon News - Unstable weather conditions caused by a Red Sea depression accompanied by a dusty air mass are forecast to continue affecting the Kingdom on Sunday, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
According to the JMD report, the weather will be warm and dry with scattered showers in separate parts of the country, turning into heavy and causing flashfloods in the valleys and low-lying areas.
The weather department warned of low horizontal visibility in most regions, and of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall.
Similar weather conditions will persist on Monday, with clouds at various altitudes, scattered showers, thunderstorms and easterly moderate winds.
Tuesday is forecast to see a slight rise in temperatures, with relatively hot weather prevailing countrywide and a weak chance for rainfall during daytime.
Mercury in Amman today will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius and a low of 13C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 33C, sliding to 19C at night.
