However, the ministry told Petra it will keep the components of the JRP unchanged, including Host Communities Support, Refugee Support, Infrastructure and Institutional Capacity Building and the Response to Covid-19 distributed over 7 sectors: education, health, shelter, water and sewage, economic empowerment, general services, social protection and justice, in addition to a chapter related to treasury support. Financing needed for the JRP in 2021 reached around $744 million, about 30.6 per cent of the total financing volume of $2.4 billion, the ministry noted. The cabinet has endorsed the JRP for the Syrian crisis 2020-2022.
