Foreign Ministry: 233 Jordanians evacuated from Ukraine

Ammon News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced on Monday that it has so far facilitated the transit and entry procedures of 233 Jordanians at the border crossings between Ukraine and its neighboring countries.

A statement by the ministry said that 121 citizens were evacuated to Romania, along with 49 to Poland, 27 to Slovakia, 24 to Hungary and 12 to Moldova. All citizens were provided with all necessary assistance to ensure their safety and ease their return to the Kingdom, the statement added.

In addition, a total of 19 citizens have arrived in Jordan from Ukraine through Budapest and Bucharest airports.
