Jordan and USA sign joint cooperation statement

Ammon News - Jordan and USA on Tuesday signed a joint statement on cooperation between Jordan Ministry of Interior and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to make travel procedures easier for Jordanians.

The joint statement was signed by Jordan's ambassador to USA in Washington D.C. Dina Kawar and the commissioner of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Chris Magnus.

The statement took into consideration the joint interests between the two countries to make travel procedures for Jordanian nationals easier provided they are eligible for the "Global Entry Programme."
