"Such decline gives indications of the stagnation experienced by the electrical market due to the remarkable increase in prices, and the lack of money liquidity available to consumers," he pointed out. Al-Zoubi also called for reactivating the Jordanian-Syrian agreement to reduce the burdens incurred by traders in various sectors, stressing that reopening the border crossings and activating the deal would positively affect the local market and the national economy.
